Delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Once the package is shipped, you will normally automatically receive a tracking number to the email or phone number provided in the checkout.

Free shipping (standard) takes 2-7 working days
Premium shipping (1.99€) takes 1-4 working days

Europe:
Free shipping (standard) takes 5-9 working days
Premium shipping (1.99€) takes 3-7 working days

International:
Free shipping (standard) takes 9-12 working days
Premium shipping (1.99€) takes 7-9 working days

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you have not received one or the tracking number does not work, don't worry. Contact us with your order number and we will solve the problem!

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. External factors can cause shipping delays, such as international customs clearance and public holidays, over which we have no control.
